Unfortunately due to the nature of our merchandise we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges, however, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, we’re always happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Once reviewed, we’ll put things right as quickly as we can - and you won’t need to return the item.
